AS400 Cards provide dry contacts (potential free) for remote shutdown and monitoring of a UPS. It is frequently used along with PLCs and signal control panels. Among signals delivered you can find UPS failure, Alarm, Main Fail, Bypass, Battery Low, UPS On. You can also send limited commands like shutdown on turn on.
