Advanced ViewPowerPro shutdown settings

Structure:

1. Go to the Load configuration page, and then click “Add” button, refer to diagram 1-­1.

Note: The load means PC.
2. Input IP address of load, MAC address, select Power­off option, input waiting time for load shutdown, and select UPS, then click “Apply” button, refer to diagram 2­-1.

3. Go to the Event action page, and then select protocol, UPS, and event, refer to diagram 3-­1, for example, select “AC failure” event, and then select Send by type, select Load shutdown, UPS shutdown, input waiting time for load shutdown, Load shutdown reminder, Pop­up dialog before shutdown, warning dialog interval, waiting time for ups shutdown, and then click “Apply” button, refer to diagram 3-­2.

4. Open the “ShutdownWizard” software.
NOTE: ViewPower use UDP port 31234 to send shutdown command, and ViewPower Pro use UDP port 41234, please open these ports on firewall.
Email Settings:
1. Please enter the e­mail server and add the receiver email to list, and then click apply button to save

NOTE: Please make sure that the e­mail server can work normally.
2. Select UPS type

3. Select UPS which one is monitoring

4. Select one event, and then choose a receiver e­mail, finally click apply button to save
