In case there are any issues with uninstalling ViewPower (i.e. some left over files or registry entries), please follow this procedure to clean up the system.

The correct procedure to complete uninstalling the software is:

1. stop the ViewPower service
2. uninstall the software with administrator authority
3. reboot the PC
4. install the new software.

There are 2 services to check. One is UPSMonitor and the other one is UPSTomcat. Please find the register entries as below link.
